About Place 57
Place 57 is an elegant, reflective glass tower with 36 stories and roughly two condominiums per floor. At the crossing of Midtown and the Upper East Side, 207 East 57th Street was designed with ultra-luxe amenities and services in mind. Completed in 2007, Place 57 has spacious 2-3 bedrooms apartments; some are over 2,200 square feet. With mahogany wood floors, walk-in closets, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in an abundance of natural light and soaring views of Central Park, Place 57 is a beautiful place to call home. Architect Ismael Leyva partnered with Baccarat of France and interior designer Vicente Wolf in creating a stunning crystal lobby and decorative garden fixtures.
Bath fixtures such as whirlpool tubs and separate shower stalls are provided by the elite WaterWorks. Kitchens are by Viking, who are known for their ultra-premium kitchens and quality performance. Award-winning concierge service provides 24-hour service for residents. Additional building amenities include a live-in super, children's playroom, fitness center, private lounge, storage bins and bike racks, an outdoor patio, elevator, and an attended lobby. This building is conveniently at the epicenter of some of Manhattan's best dining and within walking distance of the East River promenade.
